In case you need to automatically send a reply to your emails you can create an autoresponder.

To set it up go to cPanel >> Email >> Autoresponders.

Step 1: Go to Add Autoresponder, here you need to fill in some details:

- Interval: the number of hours for which an automated email will not be sent if the same email address sends more than one message; usually, it can be set for long periods of time (at least 8 hours) so if someone sends you an email at 8 AM he/she will receive an automatic email and, regardless the number of emails sent afterwards, the person will not receive another reply until 4 PM.

- Email: the email address for which the autoresponder is set.

- From, Subject, Body: the email address from which the automatic reply is sent, its subject, and content.

- Start and Stop: these options are necessary to set the period of time during which the autoresponder is sending replies. You can choose to make it run continuously or within a custom time frame.

Step 2: Click Create to finish up and perform a test.
